Anyone have any advice on filliing out an ffl federal firearms application so not to make any major mistakes?

I know that they almost require a storefront now. I do have an office in my home I could use, but I’m not sure this will pass. Also am I allowed to only have minimal hour such as a couple hours every other weekend. I know several ffl’s that have no storefront. They do a few sales a year, some internet but mostly to friend. How do they get away with this every year?
