FFL Application Denied

FFL Application Denied!  This is more often than not the answer that applicants receive when they apply for a FFL.  If you doubt that then we have one simple request and that is that you bookmark this site, this page actually.  The reason why we want you to do that is because when you try it on your own and do EVERYTHING you thought you were supposed to do and get rejected, we want you to be able to find this page.FFL Kits can and do make the application process easier to complete.

If you are here because your application for a FFL has been denied then we do not want you to feel too bad about the fact that you did not get the application approved.  We believe the rules of our government have become burdensome and overbearing.  We feel as if the denial process is part of the overall process of trying to keep as many citizens from owning firearms.  We feel as if the entire FFL process has become so difficult to complete because the law only requires that the application be reviewed in a timely manner of about 60 days.  If they can find a reason to deny the application, they have fulfilled the letter of the law.  Now that your application has been denied, you must enter the appeals process…..and guess what? 

There is no defined time limit of how long the appeals process can be dragged out.

What you need to do next is really a choice you will have to make and before you do let us ask you a question.  Do you feel as if the reason for denial was a load of you know what?  If it was a “load” then we hope you are upset with the system and are not going to just give up and go away without getting a FFL.  We hope you are upset enough and frustrated enough to take a positive stand for the rights you should not have to try so hard to use.

What we are advocating is the peaceful and legal use of the system that is in place.  Our founding fathers were very smart and thought of so many things when the seeds were planted for this great nation.  One of those seeds has sprouted and as wilted as it may have become, is still alive and it still will allow you to appeal the entire FFL application denial.

We hope you will now take the moment and check out a FFL Kit because they are experts in helping you obtain your FFL.  If you would have used them first, you more than likely would not have been denied for some mundane reason.  There are a few decent kits available out here in cyberspace but the one we favor is FFLKit.com. 

They can help guide you through the FFL application and help you file it again and hopefully not have you keep wasting application fees.  You are here now because you failed at the FFL process.  You now have a choice.  Are you going to go away quietly or are you going to stand up in the legal arena and use the system that is in place to obtain what you should not even have to debate?  You can just quietly go away or you can continue onward.  The government hopes you will just go away, that is what we believe to be the overall plan, but what do we know?  We just hope you will seek assistance and continue onward and exercise your legal right of being able to obtain a FFL, despite the fact that your initial FFL application was denied.
