Gun Permit Info

Well, agencies like the D.E.A. and the A.T.F. all seem sort of unnecessary. The last time i checked alcohol, fire arms and tobacco were all legal products in the United States, and as for a federal war on drugs, don’t the states already have people fighting drugs. Why or why not?
