I am trying to fill out the FFL application from the ATF and I have some questions on parts. Where online can I find some help filling it out? I am not interested in paying someone for a guide, so please no pay sites.

Well I didn’t specify my problems because I had alot more than just a couple. If you are really okay with me emailing you my questions I would really appreciate the help.

This post has been here for quite sometime and there have been no replies.  We feel the lack of replies is because the entire system has been set up to make it easy for the APPLICANT to fail at getting theit FFL.  YES!…You read it right.  The government does not want you to get an FFL and it currently still has to abide by the law and swiftly process your FFL application.  That normally takes about 30 days, once submitted.  If you make one mistake, the application gets rejected.  Once it is rejected…there are really no rules as to how long the process of appealing can, and will take.

If you apply for your FFl and then fail to get it approved for some obscure reason you can wait a long time for the appeals process to wind its way to getting completed.  With that being said, you now know why it may take so long to get an appeal approved, if you screw up and do not follow the rules 100%.  If you still do notwant to seek the advice of a professional service is akin to going into court without a lawyer.  Good Luck, but we provided you with alinks to the twi best FFL service sites we know about.
